Celebrating 15 Years of Impact

Lanterns glow brightest against the night sky and even more brightly when they are together. Please join our multi-generational efforts to raise vital funding to support small businesses, arts and culture programming, and advocacy for Little Saigon.

This year, FLS celebrates 15 years of supporting the resilience and vibrancy of Little Saigon. Our Benefit Dinner brings the FLS community of stakeholders together for an in-person celebration and chance to learn about recent accomplishments, vision for the future, and an opportunity for guests to give in support of our mission.

The event will feature remarks from org leadership, a keynote address, a short video featuring community members, a live auction, and raise the paddle.

Our event is growing to include more of our community, and this year’s Lanterns in the Moonlight will be held at Seattle University’s Campion Ballroom. Tables accommodate eight guests and dinner will be served family-style.

All meals served family-style. Vegetarian options included.
Dress code: Cocktail or Cultural Attire

Kylie Mooncakes

Kylie Mooncakes is a pop star that fell from the moon onto the strange foreign lands of Seattle – and she’s been burning up the city’s drag scene since 2017. Today, she is the host and producer of Azn Glo, Seattle’s most sickening all-queer, all-API party. Regardless of what she does, the mission is to use the platform to elevate the QTBIPOC around her, and to continue to fight for them to thrive, grow, get their money, and slay the world. Kylie has frequented and found solace in Little Saigon and the International District since childhood, finding parts of home in places like Old Sichuanese, Saigon Deli, Hau Hau, and more.
