Cumulus Art Installation – Friday, June 1st

Census 2020 Community Reception – Thursday, June 7th

Starting in March 2020, households across our region and across the country will begin receiving their form to participate in the 2020 Census. Simply put, the 2020 Census matters. An accurate count is essential for counties and the communities within them, as Census data is used for the planning and allocation of billions of dollars in federal and non-profit funding. Given the high stakes and the challenges we face, it’s not too early for us to prepare as a community for this upcoming Census.

INSIDE OUT & BACK AGAIN – Saturday, June 9th

Seattle’s Book-It Repertory Theatre’s education program has been traveling INSIDE OUT & BACK AGAIN by Thanhha Lai this past school year. The Wing Luke Museum is excited to partner and host a FREE performance on Saturday, June 9th at 10:30am. This production is approximately, 45 minutes and is geared for K-6 year olds. Themes include poetry, refugees, family dynamics, Vietnam War and dreams.

Sound Transit is proposing to re-structure the I-90 bus routes, which impacts transit lines 550, 554, and King County Metro lines 111, 114, 212, 216, 217, 218, & 219. Provide input and learn more about the changes/impacts here:  https://i90servicechanges.participate.online/
