The target construction start is late 2021/ early 2022 depending on permitting and ISRD approval.

PROJECT SUMMARY

Seattle Parks and Recreation purchased this .27 acre site in 2013 to provide the community access to open space within high density urban areas across the city. The Seattle Park District funds the development of this parcel into a park. Seattle Parks and Recreation will work with the community to develop a design for the park.
